Three Levels of Partnership

To allow our partners to progressively increase their role, PYTHEAS has designed three partnership levels, that correspond to different levels of expertise.

PYTHEAS Business PartnerBusiness Partners

PYTHEAS' business partners develop commercial actions to distribute the PYTHEAS Asset Management and PYTHEAS Service Desk software.

Business Partners are free to reinforce their commercial approach with marketing operations (organizing conferences, advertising in specialized reviews, attending IT tradeshows...). They rely on PYTHEAS or other certified partners for installing the product at customers' sites. Having formed crucial links in a close cooperation, Business Partners will want to build a stronger relationship based on technical skills.

PYTHEAS Certified PartnerCertified Partners

PYTHEAS' certified partners are familiar with the PYTHEAS Asset Management and PYTHEAS Service Desk products. They have had at least one of their technicians trained and certified. PYTHEAS considers that Certified Partners have a sound technical knowledge of its software and can Install the product at a final client's site, and provide the client with basic training and get the client to handle the software efficiently.

Certified Partners will be able to move on to the next phase and become Specialist Partners.

PYTHEAS Specialist PartnerSpecialist Partners

Specialist partners reach the final stage in PYTHEAS' partnership program after attending special training. This level of certification corresponds to the highest expertise level possible and therefore presents the partner as a real expert in PYTHEAS solutions.

After special training, the partner who has carried out projects in cooperation with PYTHEAS and has completed them successfully, is awarded the Specialist Partner accreditation in its area of expertise. Specialist Partners provide excellence in one of the following specialties:

  • Project management (study, installation, training, configuration, follow-up) in asset management, help desk and financial monitoring initiatives.
  • Phone support.
  • Creation of business rules (workflow management).
