Please write to

For any configuration issues or error reports please include the following:
- the PYTHEAS MailGate version number (About page);
- a description of the problem or observation;
- a session log message in which the event is visible. To
get a session log message, activate the corresponding
option on a Recipient's property page. You may also want to
uncheck the option Send session log message only if error occured
on the Logging page, As an alternative, you can copy/paste
significant text from the PYTHEAS MailGate Remote Control
program.
- the configuration file (
PMailGat.INI). Please replace
any (encrypted) passwords for the dial up connection or POP3 accounts by XXXXXX
in the copy of the file you send.
