Support Contract ID

Please include your Support Contract ID with any request.
You can find it on the About/License-page of the Configuration Program. You can also download and use this program to display your Support Contract ID and license key fingerprint. If you purchased your license less than a year ago, please write to PmgSupport@pytheas.com and include your license key fingerprint to obtain your free Support Contract ID. If you purchased your license more that a year ago, you can order a support contract here.

For any configuration issues or error reports please include the following:
- the configuration file (
PMailGat.INI). Please replace
any (encrypted) passwords for the dial up connection or POP3 accounts by XXXXXX
in the copy of the file you send.
- a session log message in which the event is visible. To
get a session log message, activate the corresponding option
on a Recipient's property page. You may also want to uncheck
the option Send session log message only if error occured on
the Logging page, As an alternative, you can copy/paste significant
text from the PYTHEAS MailGate Remote Control program.
- a description of the problem or observation.
